Can you imagine that when this occurred the whole area would have been inches deep in brown water. You would not been able to tell what you were walking on. Back in February a little girl rode her bike into one of these and had to be rescued by a passer by".

The sticker was used by the Civil Defence after the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes to indicate that a building had been inspected and that serious structural damage had been found. The sticker states that there should be no entry to the building. It also states that 'entry may result in death or injury'.
