The motto on the wall was 'Carve your own' and it looks like the earthquakes did just that".

In this picture you can see inside the old cinema curtains. This building has now been knocked down as it was so dangerous".

Over a year later the posters are starting to peel off and reveal older ones. It seems that the constant addition of new posters was keeping everything in equilibrium, but with no new posters everything is literally falling apart".

Graffiti artists or taggers are still leaving their marks on it even though it is nearly twisted at 90 degrees at one point".

This footbridge being metal had to twist sideways to release the pressure of being pushed from both river banks. It looked like it had been wrung out like a wet towel".

Pallet Golf', a Gap Golf course on a the site of a demolished building. It has been built by Gap Filler to look like a journey through Christchurch. A plastic road cone as well as mini road cones, road signs, tunnels and rivers can be seen. The course has been built using green felt, wooden pallets, tyres, planks of wood and bricks.

These will slowly be demolished, but until then the buildings will be protected by a movable barrier and a red sticker".

The photographer comments, "The work of getting 'soil' samples from all the areas marked as green/blue zones in Christchurch.
